Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the QueueLess mobile apps and the queuelessapp.com website (the “Service”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What QueueLess does

QueueLess is an ordering platform. We connect you with independent food and drink vendors operating at events, take your order and your payment, and pass the order to the vendor. The vendor — not QueueLess — prepares your order and is responsible for the food, drink and service they provide, including its quality, description, allergen information and compliance with food safety law.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or over to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at admin@queuelessapp.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You can delete your account at any time — see our account deletion page. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to buy from the vendor. It is accepted when the vendor confirms it in their app. Once a vendor has started preparing your order it cannot normally be cancelled, because the food is already being made.

Prices, availability and preparation times are set by the vendor and can change. Where alcohol or other age-restricted items are sold, you may be asked to show proof of age at collection, and the vendor may refuse service without a refund if you cannot.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by our providers — Stripe, Braintree/PayPal and Klarna. By paying, you also accept the relevant provider's terms. Any service fee is shown before you confirm your order.

6. Wallet balance

You may top up a QueueLess wallet balance. Wallet credit can only be spent within the Service. It is not a bank account, it earns no interest, it cannot be transferred to another user, and it cannot be paid out or converted back to cash. Any remaining balance is forfeited if you delete your account, so spend it first.

7. Refunds

If an order is wrong, missing or not provided, raise a refund request in the app. Refunds are assessed against the vendor's records and any evidence you supply, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or to your wallet balance. Refunds for food quality are a matter between you and the vendor, though we will help mediate.

8. Tipping

Tips you send to performers or vendors are voluntary, are passed on net of any processing fee disclosed at the time, and are not refundable.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to place fraudulent orders, to abuse refunds, to harass vendors or performers, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to access it by automated means without our permission.

10. Our liability

We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of vendors, for food quality or safety, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will revise the date above and, where the change is material, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
