QueueLess

Delete your account

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it in the QueueLess mobile app (com.queueless.userapp), published by QueueLess.

Last updated: 16 September 2026

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

  1. Open the QueueLess app and sign in.
  2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation notice, enter your account password to confirm, and tap Delete Account again.
  5. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address registered on your account:

admin@queuelessapp.com

Use the subject line “Account deletion request” and include the email address and phone number on the account. We may ask one or two questions to verify that the account is yours before we act.

We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Before you delete

Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited. QueueLess wallet credit can only be spent inside the app and cannot be transferred or paid out. Spend it before you delete your account.

Check out of any live event first. If you are currently checked in at an event, check out before deleting.

Open orders must be completed or cancelled. Deleting your account does not cancel an order that a vendor is already preparing.

Deletion is permanent. Creating a new account later will not restore your order history, wallet balance or saved details.

What we delete

Deleted immediately and permanently
  • Your name, email address, phone number and date of birth
  • Your account password and all active sign-in sessions
  • Saved delivery/collection addresses
  • Saved payment methods (the card tokens held on your account)
  • Your wallet balance and wallet top-up history
  • Push notification tokens and notification preferences
  • Profile photo and any photos you uploaded with feedback or refund requests
  • Event check-in history, group and split-bill memberships

What we keep, and for how long

Order and payment records

We are legally required to keep records of completed transactions for accounting and tax purposes.

Retention period: 7 years from the date of the order

Refund and dispute records

Needed to resolve chargebacks and to evidence how a dispute was handled.

Retention period: 7 years from the date of the refund request

Records held by our payment providers

Stripe, Braintree/PayPal and Klarna hold their own transaction records as independent data controllers. Deleting your QueueLess account does not delete those records.

Retention period: As set by each provider's own retention policy

Retained order records are no longer linked to a QueueLess profile once your account is deleted. Where an order was a split bill, the name and email captured for the other participants at the time of that order remain on the order record, because those details belong to their transaction as well as yours.
